Our passion is to fund Congenital Heart Defect (CHD) research, so that Landon’s life makes a difference.

As we have been learning about heart defects, we are astounded and full of sorrow about the number of lives that it’s affecting:

  • Congenital heart defects are the most common birth defect in the United States. Nearly one of every 110 babies is born with a CHD

  • Each year over 1,000,000 babies are born worldwide with a congenital heart defect

  • Thousands of them will not reach their first birthday, and thousands more will die before they are adults

  • Congenital heart defects are the leading cause of all infant deaths in the United States

The Children’s Heart Foundation is the leading national organization that was created to exclusively fund congenital heart defect research.The Children’s Heart Foundation has funded more than $13 million of CHD research and scientific collaborations. They are dedicated to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects (CHDs) by funding the most promising research. In honor of Landon, we want to be a part of funding this research.
